Voluntary preparation for the course

The framework for this course is taken from Thomas and Gitte Nesset Midelfart's book, "Dear Leader, how to get the best out of most people". The book deals with "six key leadership skills for good leadership", which is also the common thread throughout this course.

Through the course, you will get relevant tips and concrete tools for your managerial everyday life that are not found in the book, but the book can still be of support either as preparation or as a repetition from the course. This book is particularly suitable for those who are new to the leadership role.
