Evaluation of the 2026 collective agreement
We start the conference with an evaluation of this year's collective bargaining in the private sector in the capital area. Through the exchange of experiences, we learn from each other, discuss what worked well and identify areas where we can be even better.
During the 90-minute digital dialogue, we will, among other things, take a closer look at the results of the settlement, the use of wage statistics as a negotiation tool and how we as union representatives can follow up the settlement after the negotiations have been concluded.
How do we make the wage settlement even better?
You know your workplace best. Therefore, your experiences, input and views are crucial when we are to further develop the collective bargaining work.
The collective bargaining conference is the most important arena for dialogue, influence and exchange of experience between NITO's central contract negotiators and you as a company group representative. Here you will have the opportunity to highlight challenges, share good solutions and influence which issues NITO will prioritise in upcoming wage settlements.
The input from the conference forms the basis for the further work of the regional collective bargaining committee and contributes to strengthening NITO's efforts in the private agreement area.
Join us and influence the future of wage settlements. It is the experiences from the workplaces that give us the best arguments at the negotiating table.
Do you need more training as a union representative?
While the collective bargaining conference emphasizes the sharing of experience, influencing and developing the collective bargaining work, NITO also offers a wide range of courses for those who want to strengthen their competence and role as a union representative.
The combination of knowledge, experience and good tools makes you better equipped to create results in your workplace.
This collective bargaining conference is best suited for union representatives who are negotiating, or want to negotiate locally. Sign up now and see you on Thursday 19 November at 18:00 - digitally.
