Frequently asked questions

How do I book an in-company course?

Send an email to  and provide the following information:

  • Which in-company course your company wants a course in
  • Approx. number of participants
  • When you want the course to be held

Please note that the enquiry must come from a NITO member.

This is how the process proceeds

We contact the course instructor to check availability, and send you a specific offer with price, maximum number of participants and suggested dates. In some cases, we put you in direct contact with the course instructor to clarify the level of tailoring. You assess the offer and give feedback within a week if you want to complete the in-house course.

Where are the courses held?

The courses are held at your company or in premises of your choice. You are responsible for a large enough room, as well as food and drink during the course days.

How many can we be?

The main rule is 10–30 participants. The more, the cheaper. If you are on the verge of whether an internal company course is worthwhile, it may be a good idea to join forces with other companies in the local area that have the same skills needs. In the offer you receive when booking, we will state the maximum number of participants for the course – fill up the places as well as possible to get the lowest price per participant.

To what extent can we tailor?

Many of our in-house courses can be adapted to your everyday work and specific issues. How much can be tailored varies between the courses. For example, in-house courses on regulations cannot be adapted in the same way as a course in project management. Read more about opportunities for tailoring under each individual course in our in-house course catalogue.

How much does it cost?

The price depends on the number of participants, the degree of tailoring and the course you choose. You will always receive a specific price offer from NITO before you make a final decision to carry out an in-house course.
