NITO members secure better pensions
Nordea now manages more than NOK 2 billion of NITO members' pension money. This shows that more and more people are taking advantage of the membership benefit, and are making active choices for their own pension.
Following the launch of the pension member benefit with Nordea on 1 October 2024, the results have been impressive. In just one year, NITO's members have increased Nordea's total pension capital by as much as NOK 1 billion, and the number of pension agreements has grown by 1600.
At the same time, the average balance in their own pension account (EPK) among NITO members has risen from NOK 523,000 to NOK 603,000.
It shows that more and more engineers and technologists are taking ownership of their own financial future.
