How to lead digital change in practice

This fully digital course gives you a comprehensive understanding of how strategic digital processes and artificial intelligence (AI) can create real value in businesses. You will learn to see connections between technology, organization and strategy – and what is required to succeed with digital transformation in practice.

The programme is based on your own working day. You will work on a specific change project from your own workplace and develop an action plan that links professional insight directly to practical implementation. The course is practically oriented and gives you the tools, structure and confidence to lead digital transformation processes in your own business.

"It's not just about technology, but about how it is used to improve services, solve challenges and create better processes," says Professor Karl Joachim Breunig.

What you will learn in the course

  • What digital processes and artificial intelligence mean in practice
  • How digital initiatives can streamline work processes and create new value opportunities
  • To see the whole and coherence in strategic digital processes
  • What is required to succeed with digital transformation in your own organization
  • Identifying opportunities and selecting relevant tools for change
  • To develop and implement a concrete action plan for a digital change project
