Livslosen - when it sucks

In this lecture, you will gain insight into how safety, presence and good conversations can make an important difference when life is experienced as difficult.

A life crisis can affect anyone – and often it is the sum of several burdens that makes it difficult. Challenges related to work, finances, health or breakups can be demanding on their own, but together they can make life feel overwhelming. Therefore, it is important to normalize that we ask each other how we really feel – and dare to listen to the answer. Small signs of concern can be crucial for someone to feel less alone during a difficult period.

The lecture is suitable both for those who feel that life is difficult right now, and for those who are worried about someone around you. You will gain a greater understanding of how to face such situations with care, attention and hope.
