The conference is an important meeting place for a good dialogue between union representatives in the group and the central collective bargaining level. Here we facilitate the good discussions, exchange of experience and increased competence between the union representatives.
Each group group can register a representative for the conference.
The theme of the conference is, among other things:
- NITO's role as an influencer in the public debate
- This year's central negotiations with changes to the main agreement and collective agreement.
Current topics to be discussed at the conference will be decided as the conference approaches. You will then have the topics presented in the sent program.
As a corporate union representative, you should not miss this gathering!
