  • Salary and negotiations
  • co-determination, legislation and agreements
  • Cooperation with management
  • How to Assist Members Who Need Help
  • The annual cycle as a useful tool in the company group

How the course is structured

The course is a combination of self-study in the learning portal and four interactive live sessions on Teams. We build on what you learn from time to time, and it is important that you follow the entire race.

The course takes place in the period 16 June - 23 June 2026. You'll need to complete modules between live sessions. Calculate about one hour a day, for a total of five hours.

Live sessions on Teams

The course has four mandatory live sessions. Here we work with practical exercises, discussions and case-based group work.

  • Tuesday 16 June at 09.00 - 13.00
  • Thursday 18 June at 09.00 - 13.00
  • Monday 22 June at 09.00 - 14.00
  • Tuesday 23 June at 09.00 - 12.00

You must attend the entire course

The gatherings build on each other, and the work in the groups depends on everyone being involved. You must therefore attend all the live sessions and complete all digital modules within the course period.

Feel free to put the times in the calendar already now, so you know that you have shielded the time.

Practical info

  • When the course date approaches, you will be sent a link with access to the course. You must have completed the first modules before the first live session.
  • Keep your camera on during your live sessions. We learn better together when we can see each other. Find a place where you can sit undisturbed.
  • You can take time off work to attend courses. Remember to apply for time off well in advance, so it will be easier to get it arranged.
