What you'll learn
NITO Intro 3 is the third and final course in NITO's basic training for union representatives. Here we go in-depth on key topics that give you increased security in your role. After the course, you will have basic knowledge of:
- Working hours: You will learn how to handle matters concerning working hours, both for individual members and how to raise this to a collective issue.
- Restructuring: You will receive an introduction to the tasks, roles and room for manoeuvre of union representatives in restructuring processes, so that you can safeguard the members' interests in the best possible way.
- Employment: You will learn about the opportunities and limitations of hiring processes, and how you as a union representative can influence and ensure fair conditions.
The course places great emphasis on the exchange of experience and practical problem solving. Gain useful knowledge that you can use in your everyday life as a union representative.
