• Get fresh and current information from Pål Rørby, mayor of Hemsedal and member of the Regional Council for Hallingdal. He will share some thoughts in relation to artificial intelligence and what opportunities the technology provides and what significance it can have for the municipalities and the region in the future. In the presentation, he addresseshow Hallingdal works for inclusive working life among young people with the help of AI, i.e. from young exclusion to a resource for the business community. Pål Rørby will also say something about Hemsedal's focus areas and the Regional Council's priorities going forward, with an eye towards the municipal elections in 2027.  
• Listen to the latest news from NITO locally and centrally by Christian Egil Follstad, head of NITO Buskerud and Toralf Hagen, deputy chair of the Regional Tariff Committee municipality for NITO South, which is the departments of Agder, Telemark, Vestfold and Buskerud.
• Enjoy a bountiful Christmas buffet with both hot and cold dishes.
