FPV means "First Person View" and is a type of drone where you see what the drone "sees" through your own head glasses. In this course, Jørgen Akervold will share his experiences with FPV drones in particular.
Jørgen will, among other things, talk about what FPV is, how different sizes provide different properties, laws and regulations, necessary equipment, motor choice, video transmitter options (analog vs. digital), transmitter protocol, transmitter frequencies, software and battery selection. The course lasts for about an hour, and there will be an opportunity to ask questions both during and after the lecture.
Pizza will be served to everyone who participates!
The course is held at NTNU Ålesund Naftadjupet, Ankeret, level 1.
