Conscious rest is not the absence of activity, but a competence that enables us to be present without burning out.

Tomas Myklebust is a psychologist, specialist in clinical neuropsychology and educator. He has extensive experience as a mental trainer and has collaborated with both top athletes and customers from the business community. He is the author of the book "Rest Strong".
