Most people have experienced that collaboration does not always work as it should. Perhaps communication fails, motivation decreases or the team pulls in different directions. How can we then create a culture where people thrive, take responsibility and perform together?
Roger Finjord has extensive experience as a top football coach and knows what it takes to build teams where different people work towards a common goal.
With a good balance between humour and seriousness, he puts the spotlight on how we meet each other, communicate and contribute to the community. The participants are inspired to see their own strengths, value the people around them and create better interaction across roles, professional environments and workplaces.
You can bring one guest with you to the event. The deductible is NOK 100 for members and NOK 200 for non-members. Invoices are sent to you as a member, and any settlement with the guest must be arranged privately.
Practical information
- There is a limited number of places (30) and in case of high demand, members will be prioritized over a friend
- Deductible of NOK 100 and NOK 200 for members and non-members respectively
- A combined invoice will be sent to you as a member
- Cancellation must take place no later than 28 November. In case of no-show or cancellation after the deadline, the deductible will be invoiced.
