SAN and Spektrum agree on a new collective agreement at Diakonhjemmet Stiftelsen
SAN has reached an agreement with Spektrum on a new collective agreement for Diakonhjemmet Stiftelsen. Pensions have been the most important issue in the negotiations after the business moved from Virke to Spekter.
For SAN , it has been crucial to ensure that members do not lose rights as a result of the employer changing employer organisation.
Pension is part of the total salary. When pension schemes change, it can have a major impact on the individual's finances over time. Therefore, it has been important for us to secure solutions that safeguard the rights of our members and provide security for the future.

The parties have agreed to close the current pension scheme in the Norwegian Public Service Pension Fund from 1 January 2027. At the same time, a new defined-contribution pension scheme will be established with maximum contribution rates. Employees who are covered by the current scheme can choose for themselves whether they want to continue with the Norwegian Public Service Pension Fund or switch to the new scheme.
"Our starting point has always been that employees should not be worse off because the employer chooses to organize itself in a different way. After an overall assessment, we believe that the result safeguards the members' interests in a good way," says Hellerud.
The mediation also included Diakonhjemmet Care, where SAN also reached an agreement. NITO does not have members here.
