New model for collective bargaining work: What does this mean for you as a union representative?
In September 2025, NITO's Executive Board adopted a new model for how collective bargaining work is divided between the central and local levels. Several changes have been implemented, while others will be phased in in 2026. The entire model will be evaluated in 2029.
