The questionnaires in the survey

The questionnaires must be answered once per laboratory by people with good insight into the work step in question. If certain questions require more detailed knowledge, the answer can preferably be done in consultation with relevant employees. 

All the questionnaires are openly available on this page, so that the professional communities can see what the survey covers. The answer itself takes place via electronic links that are sent out by e-mail to the relevant laboratories.
