Executive Board of NITO
The Executive Board is NITO's highest political body. The Executive Board is elected at the congress every three years and consists of 13 members, including the President, Vice President, Student Representative and Employee Representative.
What does the Executive Board do?
The Executive Board of NITO shall ensure good working conditions, create economic and professional value for its members, and highlight the value of technologists in society.
The Executive Board safeguards the members' interests in education, social policy and pay and working conditions. The Executive Board chairs and represents NITO in accordance with applicable law and statutes, as well as congress and management meeting resolutions. The Executive Board holds regular Board meetings.

Central collective bargaining committees
Our central tariff committees are elected at the central collective bargaining conferences in March, and serve for three years at a time. The collective bargaining committees are responsible for NITO's collective bargaining, and are supporters of all union representatives in NITO.
