In a world where safety is in focus, it is important that those who work with high-voltage systems have the necessary expertise. As Head of Safety (LFS) and Head of Coupling (LFK), you will be responsible for maintaining safe working conditions. Through our course, you will learn how to develop good routines and receive the necessary training.

This course provides a combination of theoretical knowledge and a practical approach to everyday life as LFS and LFK. You will participate in group assignments and get practical cases that reflect real-life challenges and issues you may encounter.

Whether you are an engineer with full wiring authority or work daily in high-voltage installations, you will benefit from this course. The regulations on safety when working in electrical installations require annual training, so make sure to stay up to date.

Course instructors
Jon Henrik Vatne
The course instructor, Jon Henrik Vatne, is trained as an energy fitter and has been involved in surveying and plant documentation in Netbas. He also has a bachelor's degree in electric power engineering and worked as an operations engineer at Glitre Nett's grid center since 2018.
Gunnar Sagedal
The course instructor, Gunnar Sagedal, has worked almost 40 years in the electrical utility, as a fitter GR. A, and with energy balance and collection of meter values. He has also worked with Agder Energi Nett's customers with tariffs and settlement. He is an operations engineer at the grid exchange of Glitre Nett Sør as head of connection.
