Stress management and self-management

What happens when we feel pressured, drained or overwhelmed – and how can we take leadership in our own lives and work? In this lecture, psychologist Carina Carl gives you insight into what creates stress, how the brain reacts – and what you can do to set boundaries, find balance and take care of yourself. You get the tools to lead yourself with clarity and awareness – and the strength to unfold your potential with joy and focus.

You will learn:

  • How to uncover your own values and goals – and why it gives direction and profit
  • What happens in the brain when you are stressed – and how you can calm your system
  • Tools for positive assertiveness and clear boundary setting
  • How to handle stressful situations in a constructive way
  • How to create more calm, energy and presence in both everyday life and working life

NITO Hordaland wants to make it possible for members to meet, experience fellowship and have a congregation-filled everyday life.
