Newly graduated and started a working life?
NITO Ung is a network for young NITO members under the age of 36, both students and young professionals, around the country. Everything from homebuyer's courses to salary negotiation courses via social and professional events are arranged.
Most workplaces have a NITO group with a union representative who helps you as a member directly at the workplace.
Networking
NITO Ung is an arena where you get to know each other, build networks, develop ideas and create career and friendship ties.
In addition to building networks in NITO Ung, you get the help you need as a newcomer to working life. NITO Ung has a forward-leaning social, technological and professional focus.

Arbeidskontrakt og lønnsforhandling
Mange av de redskapene som NITO utvikler er skapt spesielt for nye arbeidstakere og unge i jobb. Spesielt som ung i arbeidslivet kan det være vanskelig å vite hvordan du skal verdsette deg selv og det arbeidet du gjør.
NITO hjelper deg med både kontrakter og lønnsforhandlinger, og stiller bl.a. med statistikk for bransjen og juridisk hjelp.
Hva kan du forvente å tjene?
Hva er det forventet å tjene som helt nyutdannet eller med kort arbeidserfaring? Lønn avhenger av type utdanning, erfaring, bransje, geografi og markedet for øyeblikket. Sammen med NITO holder du oversikt gjennom NITOs lønnsstatistikk.

Would you like to help arrange theme meetings for young co-engineers and technologists? NITO Ung is a local network of and for members of NITO who are new to working life.
At NITO Ung, you get the opportunity to develop yourself and others with courses and lectures on "what you need in addition to the subject, to succeed in working life".
