The theme this year will be changes and restructuring in the defence sector based on the defence promise and efficiency projects.
One of the topics is restructuring agreements and party relationships. Why should we have restructuring agreements? What should a restructuring agreement contain and what is the relationship between the parties in the defence sector? Rikke Ringsrød from NITO and Linn Guste-Pedersen from Tekna will tell you more about this so that we are well prepared for the next step in the restructuring processes.
We will also have a lecture by Tormod Heier, who is a professor at the Norwegian Defence College, where he will focus on what we experience as a complex world situation. The employer will contribute with the status of ongoing restructuring and the salary and incentive project, and the assistant dep. council will brief on the status of the defense promise.
It will be both a political reality orientation and motivational lectures for you as union representatives.
