As a union representative, you are an important link between the members and the management in the workplace. On this course, you will get to know the role and the tools you need to become a safe and best possible union representative for your members.

The course is conducted on Teams and requires active participation. Participants are encouraged to reflect on their own role as union representatives, ask questions, and share their experiences. Therefore, it is important to prioritize time and avoid working on other tasks during the course.

Practical information: 

• A link to the team meeting will be sent out 1-2 days before the start of the course, so save the time yourself in the calendar when you receive the participant confirmation.
• We recommend everyone to connect to Teams well in advance of the start of the course, to check that you have received the Teams link and that the audio and camera are working.
• The course is engaging, educational and based on active dialogue via Teams. We therefore want you to have your camera on and that you are sheltered, somewhere you are not disturbed.
