The Academic Associations' union representative course for the collective agreement area Virke/HUK

The Academic Associations – the Norwegian Medical Association, the Norwegian Psychological Association, the Association of Social Scientists, NITO and others. – will hold a joint union representative course at Soria Moria Hotel in Oslo on 3 and 4 September. Joint union representative courses have been held every year since 2014.

Basic knowledge of the collective bargaining area, the negotiation provisions and the negotiation situation and various labour law topics.

If you have participated in previous courses, this course will have some similarities, but with some changes both in terms of structure and speakers. 

Current topics for the tariff area

  • System, collective agreements, negotiations
  • Summary from the central negotiations
  • Local negotiations, including economic concepts
  • Practical approach to local negotiations

We reserve the right to make changes to the program, and the final program will be sent to the individual registered participant after the registration deadline.

The course runs over two days starting at 10:30 on day one. Day two ends with lunch at 12:00-13:00.
