Course content
In the online course, you will get access to and training in effective tools that will enable you to achieve greater mastery and balance in relation to today's demands, challenges and expectations. The tools help you prioritize and perform at your best without negative stress taking over.
You will learn what stress is, how it affects us, and what happens in the body and brain when we are stressed. You get to know common symptoms and causes of long-term stress, while at the same time mapping your own stress level. After the course, you will be able to recognize your own stressors, prioritize for a better balance between performance and surplus, and use specific tools to reduce stress. You will also gain insight into common pitfalls of change, as well as knowledge you can take with you to contribute to a healthier working environment.
