Lunch lecture from NITO BFI on leadership

Approximately 70% of managers in healthcare have no formal management education when they step into the leadership role. Assistance from HR is therefore important, especially in demanding and complex cases.

In her master's thesis in health management, Anne Ytreeide Stabell has conducted a survey in which she mapped the extent to which managers at Oslo University Hospital experience receiving the management support they need from HR in their own clinic. The results of the survey are the topic of this webinar

Practical information

The lunch lecture will be held on Teams. There will be an opportunity to ask questions in the meeting chat. The lecture will be recorded and sent out to registered participants afterwards.
