The workshop will be exciting demonstrations, exercises, discussions and cases throughout the day, focusing on the participants' businesses and how we can tailor solutions to achieve their goals.
Implementation
You start the day by getting to know your chatbot well, whether it's Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot or Gemini. Then we work on writing good instructions, where you learn how to formulate questions and prompts so that you get the answers you need. We look at what works, and what doesn't.
Next, you build your first AI agent – a chatbot you program yourself to solve one specific task. We take it one step further and put together an expert panel, where several agents are connected to solve more demanding and complex tasks. You also learn how to train the chatbot on your own writing style, with the goal of it writing texts that sound like you.
In addition, we look at how to use AI for research: finding information, assessing sources and checking facts. Finally, we go through the most common pitfalls – what can go wrong, what risks you need to be aware of, and how to use AI responsibly. Throughout the day, there will be practical work, discussions and exercises where you adapt the tools, agents and routines to your own work tasks and needs.
