- Communication skills: Learn to communicate clearly and confidently, both verbally and non-verbally (incl. body language, gaze and mimicry). Get tools to communicate effectively, as well as how to give and receive constructive feedback in different contexts.
- Uphill communication: Be better equipped to handle difficult conversations, conflicting interests, and intersecting priorities. You will also gain insight into ethical communication principles that create a positive and productive work environment.
- Building effective teams: Gain insight into how to create a strong and close-knit team through clear goal setting, good role and expectation clarification, and how to promote unity and team spirit. Get good tips and tools for good meeting management with a focus on creating a good meeting culture, both analogue and digital.
- Motivation and self-management: Understand what drives you and your team, and how you can inspire others to take ownership of the tasks. Learn how to build a feedback culture and how to maintain motivation in both ups and downs.
