It will be an eventful and varied union representative gathering in Kirkenes, which provides professional replenishment, exchange of experience and the opportunity for networking.
First, we will touch on restructuring and downsizing, before we invite local companies to tell us what they are doing. Kimek and Sydvaranger are on the list and maybe we will get some politicians to stand up as well.
We end the day with a joint dinner for everyone who participates in the restaurant at the hotel.
On Saturday, there is the opportunity to participate in a king crab safari. Here there will be a deductible of NOK 500.
It is important to read through the entire program and when registering, it is important to tick off everything you want to be part of. We must have the right registration to know the right number of people at the various activities. If you are not registered, we cannot promise that there will be a place if you just show up.
Travel and accommodation
- Visiting union representatives will be covered for travel and accommodation. If you need accommodation, it must be ticked off in the registration. Union representatives in Kirkenes will not be able to cover their accommodation.
- We consider Friday morning and morning as travel time.
- A ticket booking form for flights will be sent and if you drive, you will receive a mileage allowance afterwards by submitting a travel expense claim in unit4.
- Members in Kirkenes and the surrounding area are welcome to participate in whatever they wish, but in order to participate in the dinner, it is required that you have participated in courses and lectures earlier in the day.
- For members in Kirkenes, it is also possible to ONLY participate in the king crab safari, with a deductible of NOK 500.
