With an oblique view from the outside, Elias Olderbakk from Travers AS gives the main presentation on how places are developed, why participation matters and what creates commitment and belonging in development processes. Travers AS has, among other things, been the project manager for Smart Fjellbygd Trøym in Hemsedal.
 

There will also be short speeches from:

  • Good development projects in Hallingdal, what does it take? by Kristian Haraldset, Baus Arkitektur
  • The construction industry under pressure, what does the future look like? v/Ingar Dalen AS
  • Place development in a public health perspective by Anne-Lene Takvam Sauthon, Public Health Coordinator
  • The municipality's role in place development by Svein Eide, municipal manager for community and development and Pernille Landrø, municipal architect, Gol municipality
 
There will beanal conversations with experiences from local place development projects and reflections on the topic of the day. In the panel we meet: Staffan Landsmann-Wiwe who is  a business developer in Ål municipality, the GNIST project, Kristian Haraldset, Baus Arkitektur Nesbyen and Ingar Dalen.
