Do you miss working with your hands? Or do you want to make something yourself?
This is a unique offer that gives you the opportunity to create something with your own hands and may become the perfect little detail in your own home or at a friend's house!
In this workshop, Plasteriet and BuildHer together will offer a unique opportunity to explore craftsmanship, creativity, and professional development. There will be a division of groups so that they change location on the day of the course.

About Plasteriet
Trondheim-based workshop and design studio that makes new products from local plastic waste. They work with small-scale plastic recycling and upcycling – from collection and sorting to molding and finished product. The result is practical and nice things like medals, hooks, tube clips and special orders, all made from 100% recycled plastic.
Plasteriet focuses on how the circular economy actually works in practice: local production, short value chains and full control of the materials. They work closely with companies, organizations and organizers who want to give plastic waste a new life – and at the same time learn more about materials, production and sustainable choices.

About BuildHer
Norway's first non-profit carpentry workshop run by women. They offer courses, open workshop evenings and practical training in carpentry and the use of tools - especially adapted for beginners. The goal is to lower the threshold for learning practical skills, building mastery and creating an inclusive community in and around the construction and technology field. In their workshop, they arrange workshops, courses with professionals, and provide access to fully equipped workshops where participants can build their own projects. At the same time, they are actively working for more diversity in a traditionally male-dominated industry – through hands-on learning, sharing expertise and a safe space to try, fail and learn.
