Future NITO 2026

For the fifth year in a row, we invite selected young members, who have shown a special commitment to NITO.

Future NITO is for you who have made an effort for NITO either as a student or professionally, and who want to build networks, learn more about working life and use NITO actively in your career.

You have been chosen because your commitment has been noticed – NITO needs people like you.

Why attend this day?

You will get professional replenishment on diversity, work culture and taking control of your own life, with concrete tools for career choices, job opportunities and how you can use your skills strategically.

Networking is repeated throughout the day. On a speed date, you will meet employees from NITO and external partners who will give you useful information about what NITO can do for you. We end the day at Raadhuset with Kahoot, dinner and fun to get to know each other even better.

"At Future NITO, I met several people I would like to get to know better, both in a NITO context and privately. Nice to meet more people in the same situation as me."
