NITO Hordaland invites union representatives in all sectors to a joint union representative conference.
How will we solve the power needs of the future in Western Norway – and what role do we play as union representatives?
At this year's union representative conference, we will put energy policy, restructuring and working life on the agenda. You get professional replenishment, current perspectives from key players and the opportunity to meet other union representatives from all over the region.
The programme will have an academic content:
- Panel discussion on the energy future with participants from politics, business and NITO's expert committee
- The power needs of the future with Eviny
- Can small power plants help solve the big challenges?
- Powerless? How do we stand to use new energy sources?
- This year's wage settlement
- Restructuring workshop
The conference provides space for good conversations and new acquaintances:
- Voluntary city walk
- Dinner together at the hotel
- Breaks with time for networking

Practical information:
- The conference starts with lunch on Friday and ends with lunch on Saturday.
- Unless otherwise agreed, public transport must be used for the conference
- The use of your own car for union representatives must be clarified with the person responsible for the event in advance. Send an e-mail to for an agreement on the use of a private car. If a car is used without prior agreement, the traveller will only be reimbursed for costs corresponding to the cheapest mode of travel.
- Accommodation is offered and covered for those who participate both days, as well as who need accommodation due to travel routes.
