How it works
1. Download the Tryg Legehjelp app and register. Contact us in the app or call Tryg Legehjelp on tel. 55179009. If guided self-help turns out to be a well-suited offer for you, a cognitive therapist will contact you, and you will be helped to find a customized self-help program.
2. You work on your own with an online self-help program that lasts six weeks. If you wish, you will receive weekly follow-up by phone from a therapist specializing in cognitive therapy.
