Free career guidance
As a NITO member, you can have up to three individual sessions with a professional career counsellor completely free of charge.
NITO's career counsellor is your personal conversation partner in a process where you will reflect on your strengths and weaknesses, resources and opportunities, and what guides your choices.
The purpose is to make you more aware of which factors are important to you in your career and your life. Together with the supervisor, you can make a plan for how to get where you want to go.
