Check attachments and documents

Many agreements have appendices that regulate the duty of confidentiality, ethical guidelines and employee handbooks. Our advice is that you look over these.

 

Examine collective agreements

Does the enterprise have a collective agreement? It can give you rights that are not in the employment contract. Ask the employer if they have a collective agreement.

Find union representatives

NITO has over 4500 union representatives who know the pay and working conditions at their workplace – even where you have applied for a job. Feel free to contact them if you have any questions.
