We need you who are concerned with influencing the development of pay and working conditions for engineers and technologists, and who will contribute to the further development of our collective agreements.
In the past, we have achieved a lot, such as important changes such as:
- ensures local negotiations for the members
- Provides better overtime compensation
- provides higher remuneration for inconvenient working hours
We need union representatives who want to contribute further to this work, from all sectors and industries.
Through work in central collective bargaining committees, you are among those who are closest to the biggest decisions on behalf of the members. You get to help influence the rules of the game and the best possible agreement for our members.
At the same time, you will gain unique networks in NITO, with other trade unions and with representatives of the major employers' organisations. You will also be close to political processes related to the development of Norwegian working life.
