The local Tryg advisers are located in most parts of the country, and have a special responsibility for the NITO collaboration. The local access to expertise makes your work as a union representative easier, while NITO members get extra value out of their membership.

Satisfied with the collaboration
One person who has taken advantage of this collaboration is Tony Darup, head of the business group for NITO in Coop Norway SA. Over the past year, he has invited insurance advisor and head of NITO's Tryg customers in Region East, Knut Ivar Strømstad, to both the members' meeting and the recruitment campaign.

This year, Darup arranged a recruitment campaign at the workplace, where both NITO's business group advisor Marielle Andersson and Tryg contact Knut Ivar Strømstad participated.
During the recruitment campaign, there were two stands next to each other: One where Andersson and Darup talked about NITO, and one where Knut Ivar answered what kind of membership benefits you can get on insurance.
