NITO raises current labour market issues at this year's central collective bargaining conferences
NITO's central collective bargaining conferences will be held on 10–11 March 2026 at Thon Hotel Arena in Lillestrøm.
Around 350 union representatives are gathering to prepare for this year's wage settlement. The topics in the joint programme reflect key issues in the run-up to the 2026 settlement.
"The central collective bargaining conferences are NITO's most important meeting place for union representatives before the wage settlement," says NITO President Kjetil Lein.
Here, representatives from the private sector, municipalities, the state, Spektrum and Samfunnsbedriftene meet to get an overview of the financial framework, discuss common challenges and share experiences. The insights from the conference form an important basis for the work NITO is doing on behalf of its members in this year's settlement.
