Virke HUK: Agreement in the negotiations for the specialist health services

The further salary development for NITO's members shall be determined in local negotiations in the individual enterprise. Union representatives and member groups should therefore start preparations early and have a good dialogue about requirements and priorities before negotiations begin.

The parties agree on this

The parties have agreed on the following changes to the agreement:

New provision on life-phase policy

The agreement will have a new provision on life-cycle policy. Local parties will discuss and develop measures that make it possible for as many people as possible to stay in work for as long as possible.

The provision emphasises an inclusive and health-promoting working life. Competence development is highlighted as an important instrument. The life-cycle policy must be known to all employees, and the employer must inform the employee representatives about the measures and instruments used.

New note on breastfeeding time off

The parties agree to include the following comment on the provision on breastfeeding leave: The local parties are encouraged to have a dialogue about the implementation of breastfeeding leave.

The comment provides a basis for local discussions on how breastfeeding leave can be facilitated in practice. It can also be used when the company prepares local guidelines.

Greater freedom of choice in occupational pensions

The agreement allows for free investment choice in the hybrid occupational pension scheme.

More funding for training of union representatives

The parties have agreed to increase the subsidy for OU funds. This provides better opportunities for training and education of union representatives.
