For the fourth time, NITO is arranging the "Tuesday Council", where we discuss dilemmas in working life. It was all led by NITO's own employment law lawyer, Marianne Kjellsen.

The panel discusses questions that employees may not have dared to ask, and to which it can be difficult to find an answer.

In previous years, we have discussed, among other things:

  • I'm afraid of being excluded from the boys' club at work if they find out I'm queer - what should I do?
  • My colleague smells bad - can I bring it up with my boss?
  • I'm about to go on a long paternity leave - do I have to say that at a job interview?
  • I think my colleague is intoxicated at work - what do I do?

Join us and hear this year's very competent panel discuss new and current issues!

Participants:

  • Marianne Kjellsen, Chairman of the Employment Law Lawyer, NITO
  • Elin Ørjasæter Labour and HR expert, author and debater, Kristiania University College
  • Kari Elisabeth Kaski Managing Director, Alm - Centre for Economic Policy
  • Arbab Dar CEO, EY Norway
