New model for collective bargaining work: What does this mean for you as a union representative?
NITO's Executive Board has adopted a new model for how collective bargaining work is divided between the central and local levels. Some changes are already coming into effect, while others will be phased in in 2026. The entire model will be evaluated in 2029.
