How to apply for poster grants from NITO BFI's study fund
Are you a member of NITO BFI and are you going to present a poster at a course or conference? Then you can apply for financial support from NITO BFI's study fund.
In order to be granted funds from the fund, the applicant must be a member both at the time of application and at the time of payment. The applicant must have been a continuous working member of NITO BFI for the past three years. In addition, it is assumed that the applicant has paid the membership fee.

Special criteria for poster grants
- Support is only given to one and the same line once.
- If several authors have contributed to a poster, they must all apply at the same time. The grant is divided equally between the authors.
- It is possible to apply for a grant before the abstract has been accepted, but the abstract must be attached to the application. In the event of payment, documentation is required that the poster has been accepted.
- It is not possible to apply for support for poster grants more often than every other year.
- The Board of Directors of the Student Fund differentiates the amount of support according to country, city and relevance. Applications for the same event are treated equally.

Hvor mye kan jeg få i stipend?
Posterstipend, tildeling inntil kr:
- Poster i Norge - 6000 kr
- Poster i Norden - 10.000 kr
- Poster utenfor Norden - 15.000 kr
Når kan jeg søke om stipend?
Du kan søke støtte til poster fire ganger i året:
15. februar, 1. mai, 1. september og 1. november.
I forbindelse med kongresser hvor NITO BFI eller internasjonale bioingeniørorganisasjoner er arrangør, så lyses det ut posterstipend med egne frister.
Hvilke utgifter dekkes av posterstipendet?
Stipendet kan brukes til trykking av poster, kongressavgift samt opphold og reise, forutsatt at NITOs reisepolicy om billigste reisealternativ benyttes. Utgifter utbetales etter forelagt original kvittering.

Participate with poster at NITO BFI's course
We invite you to a poster exhibition at all NITO BFI's professional courses and conferences. To participate with posters, you must be registered for the course in question. If more than three posters are submitted to the course, a poster prize can be awarded for the best contribution. The posters are assessed on the basis of academic content and visual design.
