Courses in working life
Do you want to learn more about your rights in working life? NITO's working life department offers courses on pay, pensions, working hours and the working environment, among other things.
NITO's Employment Department gives lectures to NITO's members on many different topics. Particularly popular topics are pensions, travel time, leading and especially independent positions, and restructuring and downsizing.
Other relevant topics may include:
- Working hours and holidays (working hours, overtime, travel time, exemption agreements)
- Employment contracts and appointments (employment contracts, temporary appointments and hiring)
- Copyright and intellectual property
- Pension (defined contribution pension, public occupational pension, AFP)
- Privacy and Freedom of Expression (GDPR and Whistleblowing)
- Reorganisation, downsizing and dismissal (redundancies, restructuring, transfer of undertakings, severance agreements)
- Bankruptcy, monetary claims and wage guarantee
- Working environment, discrimination and IA (sickness absence, facilitation, harassment, conflict management)
- Negotiations (salary settlements, salary discussions, co-determination and competence development)
