Now you have just completed NITO Intro 1, which was your first step in your training as a union representative. There are probably a lot of questions you are wondering about:

"I think Intro 2 has been absolutely fantastic fun and educational. I was actually completely blank before I came here with a short time in the company group, and I only had experience from student positions, says Mariam Sediqi, elected representative in Sandnes municipality.
