What you'll learn
NITO Intro 2 is the course where you dive fully into everyday life as a union representative. In the course, you will learn
- How to organize and operate your business group
- how the collaboration with management can be set up
- What you can do for members who need help
- how to use laws and agreements to find a good solution
- how to prepare and conduct the local wage negotiations

When we meet on the course, we will solve tasks and practice together. The theory of Intro 2 is collected in the learning portal. If you wish, you can already start familiarizing yourself with the material.
