We hope you have benefited from what you learned about co-determination and salary negotiations at Intro 2. And that you have gained some more experience in the collaboration with the management and when answering questions from the members.
This is what you will learn on Intro 3
At NITO Intro 3, we are moving forward and building expertise in new areas. The common thread will continue to be your role as a union representative, but now linked to new situations.

Where Intro 2 in many ways is about the normal situation, Intro 3 also goes into restructuring and downsizing - situations we don't encounter as often.
Practical information about travel and accommodation
- In the evening of the first day of the course, we have dinner together at the hotel.
- We assume that you are involved in the entire course, also in the evening. We have therefore booked a room for you at the course hotel.
- You book travel as the course approaches. You will receive a separate email from us about how to proceed approximately four weeks before the course.
