Get a visit from NITO

Get a tailor-made plan that is useful for your particular business group. It's easy to make an appointment and it's completely free.

What does your company group need more knowledge about? NITO is happy to visit your job to learn more about issues in working life or membership benefits. We facilitate a pleasant and educational program.

Do you want more knowledge about paid work, pensions, member benefits, salary statistics, admission criteria, rights in working life, tripartite cooperation, downsizing or restructuring? NITO's business group advisors can create a program tailored to your needs.

In order for as many people as possible to have the opportunity to come, it is a good idea to plan your visit a little in advance.

Email a request to the business group advisor in your area. Or call to discuss the possibilities.

What do you want to learn more about?

Here are some examples of what the topic of a visit might be:

New to working life – Give the youngest employees more knowledge about working life and what NITO is. This is also open to those who are not members. Learn about what NITO does as a trade union, employees' rights and obligations in working life and the interaction between employees, the company and society.

Payroll work in practice – Learn about how you can specifically get started with systematic payroll work, and how all members of the company group can contribute to this.

Pension – Learn about the pension system and where/how to get started to gain knowledge about your own pension accrual.

Member benefits – Do you know what NITO offers, and what new membership benefits have been introduced in recent years? Each individual can save money, and many are surprised by everything NITO offers.

Tripartite cooperation – Learn about what lies behind the tripartite cooperation and the need for an organised working life. Many people are surprised that the benefits they have today are not statutory, but contractual through collective agreements.

Downsizing and restructuring – Learn about the processes, what is required and how it should be carried out in an orderly manner. Get the opportunity to be involved in influencing processes, and help and support to stand in the cases that arise through a difficult process.
