Når er de lokale forhandlingene?
Lokale forhandlinger skjer til litt ulike tider i de ulike virksomhetene. De fleste forhandler på forsommeren eller tidlig høst. Ta kontakt med din tillitsvalgt for å høre når de har avtalt lokale forhandlinger der du jobber.
Wage settlement in the private sector
In the private sector, the actual wage negotiations take place locally in the individual company. However, the collective agreements are negotiated centrally.
- For most people, local negotiations will take place before 15 September.
- Central negotiations for Virke HUK will take place on 16-18 June.
Wage settlement in the public sector
The wage settlement in 2025 is an interim settlement. This means that the parties negotiate about finances, not the rest of the text in the collective agreements.
State
In the central negotiations, they are negotiating how much money should be set aside for a salary increase this year. We call this the financial framework. The money is then distributed in local negotiations, so it is only when they are finished that you know your wage growth this year.

Municipality/KS

- Autumn: Local negotiations in the individual municipalities and county authorities
Most of NITO's members who work in municipalities and county authorities have their salaries determined in local negotiations. But first, the central parties negotiate how large a pay increase should be given to those who work in teaching positions and set a deadline for local negotiations.
City of Oslo
- 25 April: The central negotiations begin
- 30 April at 24.00: Deadline for the central negotiations
- Autumn: Local negotiations if money is set aside for this in the central negotiations
Spectrum
- 4 April: Negotiations between SAN and Spektrum on Part A of the agreement

Samfunnsbedriftene
NITO has two different collective agreements with Samfunnsbedriftene - the company agreement and the energy agreement II. The actual text of these agreements will not be negotiated this year. The financial framework for this year's settlement and its distribution will be negotiated in local negotiations.
Initial central negotiations have been postponed due to the ongoing mediation in the KS area between KS and LO/YS. New negotiation dates:
- Corporate Agreement: 3 and 4 June
- Energy agreement: 17 and 18 June
