Basic Collective Agreement - KS

In the Basic Collective Agreement, you will find rights and rules related to wages and other financial rights. It contains everything about job placement, salary ladder, local salary negotiations and pension schemes. The agreement provides a framework for how salary development should take place both centrally and locally at your workplace.

City of Oslo - Main agreement

In the City of Oslo, the main agreement and a number of other agreements on co-determination, employment, training, restructuring and more are gathered in a collective document called document 24.

KA - Main agreement

KA is an employers' organization for church enterprises. The main agreement gives you the right to influence the workplace and regulates the cooperation between employees and management. It ensures that you are heard in matters that affect your work situation, and includes rules on employee representatives, personnel policy and the handling of restructuring.
