Collective agreements with Spektrum

Here you will find the collective agreements NITO/SAN has with the employers' organisation Spekter.

About Spektrum and the NITO/SAN collaboration

Spektrum is an employers' association for a number of large private and publicly-owned enterprises, particularly in the areas of health, transport and culture.

NITO negotiates with  Spektrum through SAN – the association of academic organisations in Spekter. It is thus the SAN that enters into all central agreements with Spekter, on behalf of NITO and other members.

The agreements in Spektrum are divided into central and local agreements

Key agreements: These are entered into by SAN with Spektrum on behalf of NITO. You can find the current central agreements on this page.

Local agreements: These are entered into between the employer on the one hand and NITO or a local SAN group on the other side. You will be able to find the local agreements, often just called Part B, from your employer or local union representative.

Part A of the collective agreement

The collective agreement (collective agreement) in Spektrum is divided into two parts: Part A is negotiated centrally and contains provisions on how the local negotiations are to be conducted, contractual holidays and general rules such as pay in the event of illness, leave of absence, etc. The A part is supplemented by a local B part.

Part B of the collective agreement

Part B is negotiated locally in the individual enterprise. Here, among other things, salary conditions, working hours regulations, on-call arrangements, overtime provisions, deputy remuneration , etc. are agreed upon for the members of this enterprise.

In most companies, the B part is available on the intranet, at the HR department or at your union representative.
